Growth in sales and earnings for this business had been
excellent in recent years. However, it became obvious that
the business would face closure as digital technology and
the Internet would soon replace it's products. The business
needed to completely change it's core business almost overnight.

Opportunity knocks!
This new customer needed help, it's product sales were going
through the roof, it faced major issues concerning it's
supply chain. It was taking too long to get their products
to their global markets.

The task was to convince them we could collapse their time
to market by gaining insight to their production cycle.
It was clear that they had too many suppliers, confused
internal communications and new very little about what was
our core competence - getting things to market fast!
A global project team was set up and gained control of
the customers processes from design to fulfilment. Within
weeks we had shown that current cycle time could be collapsed
from months to days. Resources and time were invested into
the project to prove commitment. Within three months a design
contract was signed.

demand on a real time basis. On-site Project Managers were
able to call Production Operators direct to change orders
at the last minute! We had effective control of the customers
production lines; the ability to design, produce and deliver
multi-language products quickly, resulted in a dramatic
collapse in the customers time to market.
