Sidewalk Solutions :: TERMS & CONDITIONS

The standard terms of trading under which Sidewalk Solutions supplies Business Advisory Services are designed to be flexible and clear. Unless written agreement exists to vary them, the following terms will apply:-

1. Confidentiality
The company’s representative(s), and any Business Adviser supplied by us, will not disclose to any unauthorised third party trade secrets or information confidential to your company, at any time during the assignment period or thereafter.

2. Fees and Expenses


There is no charge for the initial meeting. Agreed expenses only will be invoiced.


A set fee plus VAT (as applicable) plus agreed Expenses; fee to be agreed with client in advance. The fee includes 3 days at client’s offices and production of the Challenge Analysis Report.


Monthly Retainer based on a six month agreement; fee to be agreed with client in advance. Upon a signed agreement a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full assignment fee is payable prior to the assignment commencing. A Direct Debit Mandate is required prior to commencement of the assignment for the balance owing to be made by equal monthly payments. A receipted invoice will be issued upon completion of the assignment. Clients may hire the services of a Business Adviser over the six month assignment.

Sidewalk Solutions believes that up to five days per month is the right balance between being an independent adviser and becoming too involved in day-to-day matters, better left to the client’s own executives. This allows our Business Advisers to remain independent and on the Sidewalk.

3. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days.

4. Geographical Consideration
The above terms are applicable to assignments conducted within the U.K. Assignments conducted outside the U.K. are welcomed but would be subject to individual pricing.
